Delivery


How much is shipping?

We offer free standard delivery to UK Mainland, Highlands, Islands (excluding Channel Islands) and Northern Ireland. The charge for express delivery is £4.99, and next day delivery (subject to conditions) is £15.99. Please see our shipping policy for full details.


When will I receive my order?

For standard delivery, dispatch and delivery will be 3-5 working days. For express delivery, dispatch and delivery will be 1-2 days. For next day delivery, if you place your order before 12 noon on Monday-Friday, it will be delivered to you before 1pm the following day. Please see our shipping policy for full details.


Do you deliver overseas?

No, at the moment we only deliver within the UK (excluding Channel Islands). 


Where is my order? 

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. We will then work on carefully packaging your order, and once it's ready to be sent, we'll send you an 'order is on its way' email that includes tracking number. Then when your parcel is with the courier, they will send you an email with estimated delivery times.

Can I delay my order?

If you have already received an email saying your order is on its way, we cannot delay it because it is already with the courier. However, if you have not yet received a dispatch email then we may be able to delay it. Please email our customer service team at info@ettianahome.co.uk, quoting your name and order number, and we will hopefully be able to accommodate.


Can I cancel my order? 

Cancellations to orders can only be made if your order hasn’t been dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please email our customer service team at info@ettianahome.co.uk, quoting your name and order number.


Can I amend my order?

If you have already received an email saying your order is on its way, we cannot amend it because it is already with the courier. However, if you have not yet received a dispatch email then we may be able to amend it. Please email our customer service team at info@ettianahome.co.uk, quoting your name and order number, and we will hopefully be able to accommodate.

Returns & Refunds


How do I return an item?

To return your bundle, simply email info@ettianahome.co.uk with the subject, Return. Please copy the following template:


Customer Name:
Order Number:
Name of Bundle to be Returned:
Reason for Return:
Preferred Drop Off:
[Post Office] or [Evri Parcelshop]


We will get back to you with instructions on how to return your order, and send the return shipping label for your preferred courier - Royal Mail or Evri. Please note that these couriers allow 7 days to drop off the parcel before the shipping label expires. A charge of £4.99 for shipping will be deducted from your refund. See our refund policy for full details.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved (the bundle has been sent back with all items in an unused condition and in their original packaging), we will automatically refund you on your original payment method. Please note a charge of £4.99 for shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once we have processed your return, your refund may take up to 10 working days to reach your account - this depends on your bank or payment provider. Please see our refund policy for full details.


Can I return one item from the bundle? 

No, we are unable to accept returns of individual items as our products are all sold as part of a bundle.


I have received my order but it has arrived with items missing, faulty or damaged.

In the unlikely event of these issues occurring, contact us immediately by emailing info@ettiana.co.uk. When emailing, please quote your order number, the name of the product, and a short description of the issue. Please also include a photo of the damage/fault. We will then be able to evaluate the issue and discuss a replacement or refund for you. Please note, replacement of items may not always be possible. In this case, we will offer you a close alternative and await your approval before sending.

Do you sell all of your products in groups?

Yes! We know that shopping for home accessories that work well together can be a challenging task - that's why we don’t sell items individually. Instead, our approach consists of bundles and collections.


What is a bundle?

A bundle is a group of items, designed to sit together on one shelf. Some bundles are styled to work well as a top shelf (these are numbered 1 in their bundle name), some are styled to work well as a middle, eye-level shelf (numbered 2), and some styled to work well as a shelf near the bottom (numbered 3).


What is a collection?

A collection is made up of bundles that all share the same shelf height, with materials, textures, colours and patterns that have been carefully selected to compliment each other. For example, the Cleo Collection is currently made up of 3 bundles - purchase all 3 bundles in the collection to achieve a stunning overall result!


Can you help me understand your sizing?

The sizing of items is such an important part of great shelf styling, so it's something we've put a lot of care and attention into.

We've categorised our collections based on what the space between two shelves is - so a collection is either intended for a 30cm, 40cm, or 50cm space. By taking this approach, we hope that it makes it even easier for you to identify the collections that will work best in your space.

I want to accessorise my room but I don't have evenly spaced shelving.

In some cases, you may have varying heights within a bookcase, or console table - or just one surface to style on a sideboard or coffee table. In these cases, we encourage you to mix and match our bundles to suit your needs!

Can I request a bundle that’s out of stock?

If there's something out of stock you're looking for, just send us an email and we'll let you know when it's likely to be back!


Do the items in your bundles always stay the same?

The items we stock are often handmade in small batches, so we’re always be on the look out for great new products to swap into our bundles - so they'll continue to change and evolve.


I really like a product in one bundle and a product in another. Can I mix and match to create my own bundle?
All the bundles listed on our website are carefully collated with products that work well together. But if you think you'd like to mix and match items from different bundles, just let us know what's caught your eye and we'll see if we can create a bespoke bundle just for you!


What if I don’t have shelves, will items still look good in my home?

Of course! Our bundles work equally well when styling surfaces around your home like sideboards, console tables and chests of drawers.


Do your frames include pictures?

Yes, we're pleased to say that all the original artwork and photography you see inside the frames across our website are included! The pictures have been created by us to really bring the textures and tones of the collection together. If you'd rather swap out for pictures of your own, our frames all have backings that make them nice and easy to replace.

Adding items from your personal collections is a perfect way to add an individual touch to your interiors. If you send us a photo of your item, and details about the dimensions (height, width, diameter or depth), we can create a visual representation and we can create a visual representation to give you an idea about how it could look as part of one of our bundles.
