Shipping policy
We send all of our orders with a tracked delivery service, using either Royal Mail or Evri, and aim to deliver Monday-Saturday, except bank holidays.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. We will then work on carefully packaging your order, and once it's ready to be sent, we'll send you an 'order is on its way' email that includes tracking number. Then when your parcel is with the courier, they will send you an email with estimated delivery times.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Handling time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for dispatch.
Transit time is the time it takes for the courier to deliver your order after dispatch.
